Thusness – Chapter 1

“Thusness”: Unlock Your Inner Wisdom with Alan Watts

In a world obsessed with striving, achieving, and constantly ‘doing,’ Thusness by Alan Watts offers a radical yet profoundly simple path to peace and fulfillment. This captivating audiobook delivers Watts’ timeless wisdom on the nature of reality, self, and experience – a guide for anyone seeking genuine understanding beyond the distractions of modern life.

Watts doesn't offer solutions or prescriptions; instead, he gently dismantles our ingrained assumptions about ourselves and the universe. Through his distinctive blend of Eastern philosophy (Zen Buddhism, Taoism) and Western psychology, he reveals that “thusness” – a state of being characterized by acceptance, presence, and effortless flow – is not something to be achieved, but rather something already inherent within us.
